What is an Office Action?
An Office Action is a written communication sent by an Examining Division of the Trademark Office. It usually requests a response from the trademark applicant regarding a matter related to its trademark application, and often leads to modifications or amendments to be made to the said application.
If these changes are insignificant we will authorize them and inform you accordingly.
If the changes are significant, we will consult you via email or any other appropriate means, to determine an appropriate course of action.
