Can I file in more than one international class & what are the implications?
An applicant is entitled to file a trademark application for goods and services in any of the international classes, as long as the goods and/or services offered in connection with the mark fall into those classes.
Additional charges are due for each class of goods/services exceeding a certain number of classes class, depending on the countries or trademark registers.
